E-TECH defines quality as "The features or characteristics of services that bear on the company’s ability to satisfy the needs of our customers." E-TECH’s mission is to be both profitable and competitive in providing quality laboratory testing services to customers. Particular emphasis is placed on meeting or exceeding the expectations of customers by:

	Maintaining a quality system in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO Guide 25, and ISO Guide 17025, the general requirements for the competence of testing laboratories.
	Providing testing services that comply with nationally and internationally recognized procedures and standards and the code of good laboratory practice.
	Completing testing services and accurate documentation on-time.
	Involving our employees and customers in problem solving and quality improvements.
	Continuously improving our testing services.
