In September 1995, E-TECH Testing Services, Inc. (E-TECH) was formed as a corporation in Delaware and began doing business in Rocklin, California. The corporation offers professional test laboratory services primarily to highway design engineers, safety engineers, maintenance engineers, researchers, hardware developers, and others concerned with safety features used in the highway environment. E-TECH is part of the Quixote Transportation Safety family of companies, the world's leading manufacturers of energy-absorbing highway crash cushions, truck-mounted impact attenuators, computerized highway advisory radio transmitting systems, electronic wireless measuring and sensing devices, flexible post delineators and other highway safety products and services. E-TECH is staffed with personnel having diverse backgrounds offering over 100 combined years of experience in testing and evaluation of highway safety hardware and materials.
